About the person behind this vision
I am a father of eight children who all have been in and through the Surry County school system, a husband of one wife, and an ambassador of the message of Reconciliation. My love is to inspire the work of expanding His Kingdom here on His created earth before the Return of His Son to the earth. My call is to prepare the earth for His Return, in other words, I want to help rollout the red carpet for King Jesus here on His beautiful piece of architecture.
After all He is coming back and there is nothing Satan can do to stop Him from setting down His Omnipotent, Holy, and Majestic Throne in Jerusalem.
In this Divinely inspired work we are called to bring heavenly things to earth by declaring the heart of the Father to men and women and to our dear children. The work begins with faith filled prayer:

Our Father in Heaven, hallowed be Your Name, Your Kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors. And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.

The vision we have is to build a safe, friendly, and humanly beautiful location here on His earth where weary human souls can come and feel a true sense of community. The vision is for Pilot Mountain and the surrounding region to become a city of refuge for the people of God before the Great & Terrible Day of the Lord.
To start this work one has to believe it is possible. Our apostolic forefathers came to pagan Greco Roman cities and preached the Gospel and entire cities were transformed. How did they do that? They started with obedience to the Great Commission given to them by their Leader, the Lord Jesus right before He lifted off the face of our earth and headed back to His Heavenly throne.
Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Amen.
Today there are believers all over this world in China, South America, Iran, Russia, and in even in our America, these faithful souls are those who do the same things our first century apostles were led to do in the first century.
Humans are fashioned by God's hands, and we are made to have fellowship with Our Father and with each other. We were made to operate in community. By faith we must take back what we have lost back in the Garden of Eden by calling Americans to repent and believe the timeless message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Boiling it down, we are nothing more than life salesperson. Remember what the prophet Daniel said about those who turn many to righteousness in the last days, they shall shine like the stars of heaven forever.
Those who are wise shall shine
Like the brightness of the firmament,
And those who turn many to righteousness
Like the stars forever and ever.
We begin the process of community transformation by coordinating a strategic plan to get truth back into our public life by focusing on getting the Word of God back into our public schools. Our desire is to overthrow the Common core method of training and convert our education institutions into locations of real learning, real experimentation, real testing of scientific methods, a real place where children are taught how to communicate the English language, and where the arts and creativity are fostered at an early age.
My heavenly assignment is very serious, I was led to Pilot Mountain 19 years ago by the Holy Spirit to bring "life" and "unity" to this area and I am determined to do what the Holy Spirit has led me to do.
When we first came to Pilot Mountain my wife and I launched a café where we made great food, tasty drinks, and had music shows for the public to enjoy. Our goal was to create a place of gathering to start conversations and to celebrate community life with joy and mirth with true connection.
We have not lost our vision to do what we were led to do back in 2006.
What I have learned through this season of our life here in Pilot Mountain is that timing is everything, today we have a unique opportunity to build a new thing for future generations of families who I believe will come here because of the beautiful spirit of our town and the natural beauty of our region so they too are able to raise their children in the fear of the Lord while also enjoying the natural beauty of God's Creation.
